In 2000, the firm hired Jamie Bordas an honors graduate of the Notre Dame Law School. Jamie has represented clients in a variety of areas. Jamie Bordas became the firm’s fourth partner in 2002 and concentrates his practice in the area of complex litigation, negligence and bad faith insurance practices while also taking a major role in the firm's day-to-day business activities. Jamie is also the assistant coach for the highly successful Wheeling Central football team.

Also hired in 2000 from the Notre Dame Law School was Chris Regan, who has tried cases in West Virginia and Ohio. Chris also maintains a substantial appellate practice, arguing frequently before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and appellate courts in Ohio. Chris concentrates his practice on the firm’s complex cases and became the firm’s fifth partner in 2005. He is also licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

In 2002, the firm added a third Notre Dame Law School Graduate, Geoff Brown. A graduate of West Point and an Army Lieutenant, Geoff is involved in a number of areas of practice including simple negligence cases to stock broker fraud, product liability and lender or bank misconduct matters while spending most of his efforts on medical malpractice cases.

Returning to its West Virginia roots, in 2003, the law firm hired Jason Causey and in 2004, Chris Heller. Jason is a 2003 Order of the Coif graduate of the West Virginia School of Law issue editor of the West Virginia Law Review. Chris Heller is a 2004 graduate of the West Virginia School of Law.
