Today marks the start of 3 weeks of ‘madness’ where anything can happen and seeds get thrown out the window.
The tournament starts off with 64 teams playing in 32 games over the course of a week, then the Sweet Sixteen, Elite Eight and Final Four tournaments follow in the next week or 2, generally ending around the first weekend of April.
The national championship game this year will be held on Monday, April 2.
