Meaghan Tague joined Bordas & Bordas in the fall of 2014 after interning with the firm the year prior. She is a 2009 graduate of the University of Miami and a 2014 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. She has already tried cases before juries and developed a substantial practice in Bordas & Bordas’ motor vehicle and trucking department.
Meaghan grew up in Roswell, Georgia, where she graduated from Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. She then attended the University of Miami and graduated cum laude with a degree in Finance and International Business. Meaghan was the starting goalie, captain, and eventually coach of the University of Miami Women’s Club Lacrosse team.
Prior to law school, Meaghan completed a two-year commitment with Teach For America in Atlanta, Georgia. She taught mathematics to high school students at the South Atlanta Educational Complex. During her tenure there, she was awarded the Project Grad Exemplary Teacher Award and the Trendsetter Teacher of the Year Award. In her spare time, she coached girls’ lacrosse at her alma mater.
