Petitioner appeals the order of the Circuit Court of Tyler County, entered May 22, 2013, placing the juvenile in the custody of the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources for sixty days of evaluation and thereafter placing her on probation for three years. Petitioner specifically appeals the order insofar as the court included as a condition of probation the requirement that she pay restitution in the amount of $2,802.99.
