COVID-19

Effective March 22, the Supreme Court has declared a judicial emergency in all 55 counties to limit person-to-person contact during the COVID-19 outbreak.  Except for emergency proceedings, judges throughout the state will not be conducting any judicial business from Monday, March 23, 2020 through and including Friday, April 10, 2020.  Furthermore, all applicable statutes of limitations and all deadlines established by rule or court order that would otherwise expire between March 23 and April 10 are stayed.   The Supreme Court's emergency order can be viewed at the link below:
