WVU celebrated its birthday this month on February 7th. Happy “148” West Virginia University!
Hallelujah!!! I have a new graduate from WVU. My son, Ryan, graduated in the fall from WVU. Ryan is out there pounding the pavement looking for a job. Hopefully, he is going to be successful very soon. Ryan also celebrated a birthday this month. Happy 25th Ryan!
My son, Casey, is a freshman at WVU and in his first semester made the President’s List with a 4.0 and has been accepted into the Chemical Engineering program.
Casey also celebrated his 19th birthday with President Gee on February 2nd. President Gee graciously invited all students who share his birthday to a party at his home. What a great memory Casey will have from his freshman year. Happy Birthday President Gee and Casey!
I was at a recent game at the Coliseum against Kansas State. Thank you Bordas & Bordas for providing the tickets—the seats were great.
Congratulations, Mountaineers!! We won. But can we talk about the shooting? We weren’t hitting a lot of our shots…but, geez, the free throws! The game was almost lost because the other team made their free throws. Please practice those free throws! But, hey, we won some big conference games since playing Kansas State. So, way to go WVU basketball! Let’s Go Mountaineers!!!
