Case Issue:Pursuant to Rule 54(b), Petitioner Erie Insurance Property and Casualty Co. (“Erie”), appeals the July 11, 2016, order denying its motion to dismiss Respondent Ricky A. Dolly’s action for a declaratory judgment of uninsured motorist’s coverage. Erie also appeals the November 10, 2016, order granting Mr. Dolly’s petition for declaratory relief against Erie. Mr. Dolly’s common law and statutory bad faith claims against Erie have been stayed pending this appeal.
