The start of the fall term is only three weeks away.  The Supreme Court has posted its argument docket for September and we already have a few cases in our sights.  Keep watching for previews!

Hanson v. Keeling--Did the trial court err by questioning witnesses too aggressively and introducing a video that was allegedly protected by work product?

September 19

Bluestem Brands v. Shade--This is an arbitration case raising issues of assent.

State ex rel. State Auto v. Stuckey--This is a bad faith case arising out of a denial of coverage in a case involving a home construction.

Pyles v. Mason County Fair--Does a political subdivision lose any of its immunities by entering into a joint venture with a private entity?
