Petitioner, the father of two minor children, appeals the circuit court's finding that he and Respondent, the mother of the two minor children, had not agreed to deviate from the West Virginia Guidelines for Child Support regarding the method by which they determined their gross incomes. (The family court ruled that Petitioner and Respondent had agreed to waive the Guidelines in that regard.) Petitioner asks this Court to reverse the circuit court's ruling which reversed the family court's ruling.
