Erica Cross Conti


A Wheeling native, Erica graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law where she was ranked in the top 15 percent of the class of 2016. Prior to law school, Erica graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Political Science as well as minors in sociology and communication studies.

While attending the WVU College of Law, Erica served as senior research editor of the Law Review and as secretary of the Women’s Leadership Council. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future award, an honor given to the highest scoring student in each law school class, in four different classes: appellate advocacy, conflicts of law, wealth transfers, and legal interviewing and counseling. Erica had been working as an attorney for a regional defense firm handling civil litigation since her graduation from law school. She is licensed to practice in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania and focuses her practice on bad faith insurance matters and auto collisions.

Erica is a resident of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania where she lives with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys working out, attending WVU football games and relaxing with her family and friends.
