James Heneghan


James ("Jim") joined Bordas & Bordas in April 2018 after being a senior litigator at Edgar Snyder & Associates for over 11 years and an associate and partner at the firm Feldstein, Grinberg, Stein & McKee for an additional 11 years. As a plaintiff’s trial attorney, he brings vast experience in handling and trying cases throughout Western Pennsylvania. He has obtained multiple verdicts and settlements in excess of $1 million for his clients. He has been a lecturer at various legal seminars, focusing mostly on general personal injury.

Jim likes to abide by the quote, “I give my heart and soul for each of my clients, in order to achieve the best result possible in each and every case.” He has obtained the Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell, which is based on client reviews and satisfaction. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is awarded to attorneys who have a verdict or settlement over 7 figures, both of which Jim has achieved on a number of occasions.

Jim has also served as an adjunct professor at Robert Morris University in Moon Township, PA. He received his law degree from Duquesne University Law School and his undergraduate degree from Elmira College in Elmira, NY. Jim is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and lives in Cranberry, PA with his two sons, Evan and Aaden.
