Corey joined Bordas & Bordas in 2009 following a 14-year teaching career at St. Michael Parish School. Since leaving the teaching profession, she has continued to support Catholic education by serving on the Saint Michael Parish School Advisory Board. Additionally, Corey has been a cheering coach at Wheeling Central Catholic High School since 2000.
The transition from teaching to working in the legal field has been an interesting one for Corey. One of the highlights of her career at Bordas & Bordas was helping to coordinate the opening of the Bordas & Bordas Moundsville location. As a native of Moundsville and a graduate of John Marshall High School, she found it particularly fulfilling to assist in expanding the reach of Bordas & Bordas to better serve clients in Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler counties.
Corey resides in Wheeling with her husband, Mike, where they are both members of St. Michael Parish. Together they enjoy live music, attending college and professional sporting events, and vacationing in Florida as many times as possible each year.
