U.S. Supreme Court Denies Certiorari in VA Gay Marriage Case, Clearing the Way for Gay Marriage in West Virginia

The Supreme Court has refused to intervene in a Fourth Circuit case that struck down a gay marriage ban in Virginia. The result is expected to be that the same will be true in West Virginia in short order and gay marriage will be allowed. More information will be posted as we become aware of it.

Update: Judge Chambers has lifted the stay in the case before him challenging West Virginia's stance that gay marriages not be allowed in the state.
